Characteristics

It can be cured in 1 to 2 minutes, and can reach the compressive strength of 30MPa or more in 4 hours.

3, no matter in dry, humid and watery environment, the slurry does not foam, and the curing and strength are not affected.

4, it is not easy to be diluted and dissolved in flowing water; the consolidated body still has high strength.

6. Convenient construction. There is no need to specialize the slurry on site. It can be grouted after being automatically mixed by the two-liquid proportional pump.

7. The reaction temperature performance index is much lower than other similar products, and the highest reaction temperature is ≤100 °C.

8, flame retardant performance is not flammable, antistatic performance is far superior to other products.

Scope of application

1. Stabilize and strengthen the surrounding rock of coal mine roadway to prevent surrounding rock gangs, roofing, water inrush, etc.

2. Reinforce and fill the broken and loose rock mass in tunnels, subways, tunnels, roadways and other projects.

3. Rapid filling and reinforcement of underwater defects and voids in buildings such as dams, dikes, seaports, wharves, and bridges.

4. Anti-seepage and reinforcement treatment of concrete cracks in subways, tunnels, mines and various tunnels.
